Happy Birthday Jake!

Since I work on Jake's actual birthday (Sunday); I'm dedicating today's post to him.

I fall more in love with you everyday, Jake. God made me the perfect soul-mate many (ahem) years ago today. I can't wait to see what adventures God has in store for us, and I'm so excited I get to go on this lifelong saga with you.
