My Favorite summertime sandwich is a cucumber sandwich.
Spread some cream cheese on bread (just regular cream cheese is fine)
slice some cucumbers and add
add optional turkey (delifresh turkey lunchmeat is what I use)
viole! yummy!

sounds good and i have some turkey and cucumbers, just need to get some cream cheese!
